We may disclose information in the following limited circumstances:

Where customer data is delivered through a hardware or integration partner approved by the customer, we may receive and process that data as part of providing the Services.

5. ANALYTICS
We collect usage analytics about pages visited and features used within the Services. We use this information to understand adoption, improve workflows, troubleshoot issues, and enhance the customer experience.

If a customer offboards from the Services, we delete that customer's data from our database promptly in accordance with our internal offboarding procedures, unless retention is required by law or for a legitimate business purpose such as resolving an outstanding dispute or completing a financial or legal obligation.
8. DATA SECURITY
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. INTERNATIONAL USERS
Nexus is based in the United States but offers Services globally. If you access the Services from outside the United States, please note that your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where we or our service providers operate.
By using the Services, where permitted by law, you acknowledge that your information may be processed in jurisdictions that may have different data protection laws than your home jurisdiction.

Our Services are intended for business, government, and institutional use and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and we do not provide products or services for children.
If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child in violation of applicable law, we will take appropriate steps to delete that information.
11. YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS
Depending on applicable law and your relationship with Nexus, you or your organization may have rights regarding personal information, such as the right to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of certain processing.
Because many of our users access the Services through an employer, government agency, or other customer organization, requests relating to account information or customer-controlled data may need to be directed through the relevant customer organization first.
To make a privacy-related request, please contact us using the information below.
12. PASSWORDS AND ACCOUNT ACCESS
We initially provision accounts for customer users and may set an initial password during onboarding. Users may change their passwords after setup. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and for notifying Nexus or their organization if they believe their account has been compromised.
13. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The Services may rely on third-party platforms or providers for certain operational functions, such as billing, payment processing, hosting, communications, or security features. In the future, we may also enable platform-level authentication features such as biometric login options made available by device operating systems.
Use of any third-party feature may also be subject to that third party's own terms or privacy practices.
14. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, legal requirements, or business practices. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice as appropriate.
